Anegada Delights owned and operated by Lebert and Elizabeth Vanterpool was created back in 2010 as a catering service in the Baltimore/Washington area. Lebert, chef and co-owner of Anegada Delights, is from the beautiful paradise Island of Anegada located in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). He inherited his love and passion for cooking from his maternal grandfather who was a creative and culinary mastermind. For several years Chef Lee cooked and catered several events for friends and family which then motivated him to share his talent with the world through starting a family catering business.
The menu contains traditional Island favorites such as Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Brown Stew, Rice and Peas, Plantain, which are differentiated through the use of the freshest organic ingredients. Everything is fresh and prepared daily.The restaurant also offers other various cuisines with an island twist including Jerk Burgers and Fries, Jerk or Curry chicken paninis, Vegetarian dishes spiced with island flavors, grilled and barbecue chicken, shrimp and much more! Catering services are provided as well for events large and small including both private and corporate event catering.
Anegada Delights Caribbean cuisine also participates in the annual Howard County Farmers markets in Columbia MD and the Washington County as well as the Meritus Medical Center Farmers Market in Hagerstown, MD.
